Abstract
With the BIP-6F-AM you record professional requirements for applicants in an economic way. These requirements are described using 6 scales: Commitment, Discipline, Social Competence, Cooperation, Dominance and Stability. If the BIP-6F is also used, a comparison can be made between the requirements of a job (target) and the self-assessments of applicants (actual). Use the BIP-6F-AM as a requirements analysis tool for your personnel management. 
Description
With the help of the requirements description for the BIP-6F, professionally relevant interdisciplinary requirements can be recorded systematically and economically. The procedure supports the comparison of "target" and "actual". As an instrument for requirements analysis, the requirements description with 38 items concretizes the personality-related requirements for potential job holders ("target"), whereas the BIP-6F systematically records the self-image of persons ("actual"). Supra-disciplinary competencies are a frequently neglected but particularly important determinant of professional success. This is where the BIP-6F family of procedures comes in by recording the six professionally relevant personality factors of commitment, discipline, social competence, cooperation, dominance and stability.
