Description
ComFor-2 (Forerunners in Communication - 2/forerunners of communication) is a clinical tool that can be used to achieve accurate indication for individualized communicative intervention, particularly for aided communication. Two key questions are at the forefront: 1) What are the most appropriate aids to improve communication, and 2) At what point of meaning comprehension can these aids be used in communication? More specifically, ComFor-2 measures perception and meaning comprehension with respect to a non-volatile form of communication at the levels of presentation and representation.
