The German versions of the Adult Self-Report for Ages 18-59 (ASR/18-59) and the Adult Behavior Checklist for Ages 18-59 (ABCL/18-59) allow the description and assessment of adult mental health problems in self- and other-judgment. 

The two questionnaires each contain 126 items on problems/symptoms, from which eight problem scales (Anxious/Depressed, Reluctant/Depressed, Physical Complaints, Schizoid/Compulsive, Attention Problems, Aggressive Behavior, Rule Violating Behavior, Demonstrative Behavior) and the three superordinate scales External Problems, Internal Problems, and Overall Conspicuousness are formed. Furthermore, the symptoms can also be grouped into six DSM-oriented scales (Depressive Symptoms, Anxiety Symptoms, Physical Symptoms, Avoidant Personality Symptoms, Inattentive Hyperactivity Symptoms, Antisocial Personality Symptoms). In addition, three dimensions on substance use (tobacco, alcohol, medications/drugs) can be considered. A common manual in English and English-language evaluation forms are available for the two questionnaires.
