Abstract
The Integrative Leadership Questionnaire (FIF) measures leadership and communication styles of managers. It is based on the integrative leadership model, which is based on a compilation of a total of 17 performance-relevant leadership and communication styles (68 items). Specifically, it includes transformational (innovation, team spirit, performance development, individuality focus, vision, leading by example), transactional (goal setting, exception management), instrumental (proactivity, strategy, processual support, feedback) and negative (laissez-faire and destructive leadership) leadership behaviors as well as communication styles (attentive communication style, impressive communication style and dominant communication style), which are distributed across four modules (A to D) in the questionnaire. There is a version for self-assessment of managers (FIF-SB) and a version for external assessment of managers by employees (FIF-FB). 
Description
The unique selling point of FIF is that for the first time a comprehensive range of leadership and communication styles are made available in one tool. These styles can be used for a variety of personnel-related challenges and support the sustainable development of managers, teams and organizations. At the same time, the individual FIF scales in the form of the modules can be used independently of each other - and thus in the context of organizational processes in a time-efficient manner:

Module A: Transformational and Transactional Leadership
Module B: Instrumental Leadership
Module C: Communication
Module D: Negative Leadership

The FIF is available in paper-and-pencil form as well as computer-based via the Hogrefe Test System (HTS). For the evaluation of the external description (FIF-FB), at least 3 assessments should be available for the same manager.
